We hit over the 200 mark, incredible! Talked to both City of Billings personal & Receptionist at the YVAS (YELLOWSTONE Valley Animal Shelter) they both told me to contact the other. The lady at YVAS said just because I have signatures online doesn't mean the law will change. I guess electronic votes don't count... smh. Lets prove her wrong. Please keep sharing & signing!!!
