I have finished my Doctorate degree and now I am working on Doctorate #2

Thank you all who have signed this petition so far. When you signed this petition I had only completed my bachelors degree in Supervision and Management. Since then I have completed my Doctor of Ministry from South University. Because I have been experiencing trouble getting any responses from any higher education institutions to hire me for adjunct professor positions, I decided to go back to school at liberty University to complete my second doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration.
Please forward this petition to your friends and social media connections to help me change the way the state of Virginia refuses to expunge or conceal felony convictions for the formally incarcerated.
This type of legal discrimination and prejudice is unlawful. Virginia was the first state to take the rights away from slaves who were brought here to this country and they are the last state to return civil rights to those who are formally incarcerated who have completed their sentences and have redeemed themselves, empowered themselves, and changed their lives. Thank you so much for your support.
