Mayor Joe Matthews of Marietta, Ohio has the ability to release K9 Ajax to retired police officer  Matt Hickey (shown above).  Instead of doing what's right, Mayor Matthews refers to Ajax as "property" and wants to auction the dog off as if it were an old patrol car, or computer.

Please sign this petition to REMOVE MAYOR JOE MATTHEWS from office.  For a leader to bring such negativity to their police force, and city, he is not qualified to be mayor.
