Return native endangered parrots from Germany to Dominica.

The Issue

These extremely rare parrots are a world treasure that need strong protection.  Driven almost to extinction, the parrots were making a great comeback. However, they were severely impacted by Hurricane Maria in September 2017, so this removal could not come at a worse time.  The recent exportation of Dominica’s aviary parrots to Europe—under the guise of conservation—contradicts decades of scientifically sound, proven conservation practice.
