Thanks to all you concerned people who have signed my Petition. My next step this week is to approach my dealer (Frankston Jeep) as advised by the Jeep Information line. At that meeting I will formally submit my complaints in writing and ask for a replacement camera with improved resolution and imagery. If rejected then I will ask Jeep Australia, headquarters here in Port Melbourne for a meeting to complain. If that in turn is rejected then I have a Consumer Affairs brief already filled out ready to submit to them. I have also received a copy of a NSW MY14 complainant's Consumer Affairs/Office of Fair Trading submission and judging from the quality of his facts it will be hard to overturn and come back with a positive finding for the complainant. So I will keep you supporters updated at each turn of events and any positive suggestions from yourselves, please let me know. Here is a YouTube post on the poor resolution of the MY14 Camera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iiwSDjYkCg
