I'd say that we need to forget we have a soul when dealing with these "people ", but I refuse to sink to that level. Take no prisoners though.

There's a very strong possibility AST is no longer registering shares. The plane is oversold. That means no Nextbridge so they owe us that too.
What we had were synthetics, counterfeit. Nevertheless they still need to be accounted for by the brokers. If they pitz I'm pulling the legal trigger.
Enough of this life shattering, dream ending bullshit affecting 80,000 of us and millions more over the past 2 DECADES!

Have you noticed not one CEO with reps on the FINRA board has said a thing. Why? They're complicit in the fraud. IMO.
NOW is the time to put hedges and market makers out of business, people in prison and shorts in bankruptcy court. Broker Dealers need to be forced to reconcile. Madoff is a pipsqueak in comparison.
If that that isn't enough motivation, as a class, the people on this petition, 905, have lost a potential $1.34 BILLION as a direct result of the halt and brokers forcing us into holding something we had the right to sell. Something that is not likely to happen anyway. What do we do then?
You want to rollover? Lose again? When the iron will never be hotter? What do you want to do? I say litigate them into oblivion with a class action. Take back what's ours. What we sacrificed for.
