Thanks to all of you. There are 860 of you from around the globe. Israel, Canada, the UK, Singapore, Austria, Germany, South Korea and of course the United States. 

Though they are going forward, with uncertainty, it is by no means certain what will happen and by no means certain if it's legal. 

Reasonable Assumptions

If we assume just 1000 shares per signer, and estimate the PPS during the time that was taken from us that we could have sold, as was our right, the loss is staggering.

860*1000 = #shares 860,000

* 100 = $86 million

@ $350 =  $301 million

@ $500 = $430 million

@ $750 = $645 million

@ $1000 = $860 million

This is a rough estimate and I believe there are more shares among us than 1000 each. 

I don't know about you, but I'm livid. Even though they are moving forward that doesn't mean we did not suffer enormous financial losses. It doesn't mean it's legal either.

I lost the money I was supposed to retire with, over $800,000. I'm sure we have similar stories of what destruction was wrought. 

This may go beyond the brokers to FINRA. It may go nowhere, but I'm not going to be denied until attorneys tell me it's no good.
