We have recently noticed that a tweet by Zhang Zhan's brother has disappeared.
On 14 December 2022, Zhang Ju posted images of a letter written by his younger sister on Twitter. In another tweet, he posted images of sides of an envelope, with Zhang Zhan's drawings. These two tweets are still there.
In a tweet dated 2022.12.18 that has now been deleted, ZhangZhan's brother wrote:
'Zhang Zhan has experienced unimaginable pain since her arrest. However, her heart must be filled with 100% light and beauty. Otherwise, how could someone who has been in prison for several years, suffered dramatic weight loss, looking haggard and having nothing produce such elegant drawings from a depressing prison cell? Her heart is still pure, her handwriting is so slender, and her wishes are so kind.'
It's hardly surprising that Zhang Zhan's family is still under pressure from the authorities. Naturally they are worried for her health and wellbeing since her body weight has remained dangerously low. According to the law of China, they should be allowed to regularly visit her, talk to her on the phone and exchange letters with her. These rights have all become leverage for the authorities to control them in what they do or say.
The Chinese Communist regime disregards lives, covers up the truth, locks up citizen journalists who dare to question what’s behind the emerging of COVID-10, tortures prisoners of conscience, and harasses their family members. By trampling on the most precious human emotions, this evil and shameless regime reveals its true colour.
Please write to Zhang Zhan so that the prison authorities know that she has not been forgotten:

张展关注组注意到，张展长兄张举于2022年12月18日发的一则推文已删。
张举之前在2022年12月14日发了两则推文，分别贴出张展的家信和信封图片。这两则推文仍在。
在现已被删的推文中，他写道：“失去自由的张展，经历难以想象的痛苦。然而她的心中是100%的光明和美丽。不然，如何已经被关押数年、体重剧减、面容憔悴、一无所有、令人绝望的牢狱中画出如此清丽、淡雅的画？她的心灵依然澄澈，她的笔迹如此纤细，她的愿望那么善良……”
不难想象，张展的家人仍然处于当局压力之下。由于一年多来张展体重仍无增加，家人当然为她的健康忧心忡忡。但他们依法理当享有的定期探望她、与她定期通电话、收发信件的权利都成为当局用来控制家属的砝码。
中共漠视生命，歪曲真相，抓捕酷刑良心犯，胁迫家属，乃至践踏人心中最宝贵的情感，实在是邪恶无耻无底线！
请给张展写信寄卡，让中国当局知道世界没有忘记她：
