The JBC Listened!

The JBC listened to us and passed an Emergency Supplemental.  The fights not over.  It still has to be passed by the general assembly and then the governor.   We also don't have systems in place for long term sustainability yet.  Let's celebrate the win tonight, and keep it up for tomorrow's fight!!
