Children’s minds are under attack!  TV no longer is the vast wasteland: It's been far eclipsed by the internet.  Recent studies confirm rapid and steep declines in childhood reading, literacy skills and attention spans.  

Similar to the US 1990 Children’s Television Act, Entertainment and Technology companies (eg Google, Netflix, etc) need to pledge to commit material time, money and resources (eg x% of profits) to develop and promote free initiatives and programing (eg Benji the Bunny stories) to address and reverse this horrible trend (which most hurts the poor and disadvantaged).
