Victory in Compliance Reporting!

After 3 years of persistent advocacy fighting for fairness in compliance reporting, Nora Yates e-mailed this evening that unsubstantiated reports that do not have violations during that inspection HAVE NOW BEEN REMOVED FROM THE OCFS WEBSITE! This INCLUDES historical complaints without violations! In addition, self-reports are no longer posted as "complaints" on compliance reports.

We believe we have enough information to potentially solve the current pause on new DSS cases, stay tuned and KEEP FIGHTING! KEEP SHARING! KEEP GETTING SIGNATURES ON THIS PETITION, IT'S WORKING!
