TAMILNADU STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION have ordered the CHIEF EDUCATIONAL OFFICER CHENNAI CENTRAL, DIRECTOR OF MATRICULATION SCHOOL DMS, DISTRICT EDUCATIONAL OFFICER DEO to look into the non payment of gratuity for service period of 13 years (2005-2018) by Akshayah Matriculation Higher Secondary School Velachery Chennai 600042 and have ordered the educational higher officials to send a reply in register post regarding the Gratuity amount Rs 2,00,000 to be paid to me. TAMILNADU STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION HAVE CLEARLY MENTIONED THE DATE OF RTI APPLICATION, MY FIRST RTI APPEAL DATE AND 6 TIME SECOND APPEALS IN THE TAMILNADU STATE INFORMATION COMMISSION CHENNAI. The order was issued in the month of Jan 2020 but I had received this register post on 19.03.2020. In this case the 7 days alloted by the court is over but as on today 20.03 2020 I did not get any reply from the Tamilnadu Educational Department or from the akshayah school. #StopExploitationofLabour
