On 14.07.2023, I have given Requisition letter to Principal Mrs Jayanthi to pay Salary Arrears Rs 1,01,262 (RUPEES 1 LAKH ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO) during covid pandamic.
On 27.12.2023 - Requisition letter (REGISTER POST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT DUE - RPAD) to MR RAVI, ADVOCATE, INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR, JAIN VIDYAASHRAM, , G1, SARADA, DOOR NO. 6/24, THIRUVIKA 3RD STREET, ROYAPETTAH HIGH ROAD, MYLAPORE, CHENNAI 600004 appointed by Honorable High Court vide C S No.199/2020 dated 05.06.2023 for PAYMENT OF SALARY ARREARS Rs 1,01,262 (RUPEES 1 LAKH ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO) and Provident Fund related issues.
There was no response from the school authorities for both the request made by me.
On 30.12.2023, I have sent an ONLINE grievance to ADDITIONAL CENTRAL P. F. COMMISSIONER (HQRS), OFFICE OF THE ADDL. CENTRAL PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER, CHENNAI & PUDUCHERRY (CHENNAI), NO. 37, ROYAPETTAH HIGH ROAD, OPPOSITE SWAGAT HOTEL, (TN) CHENNAI - 600 014 regarding Provident Fund benefits is not given by the employer.
The grievance was registered in EPFO. EPFiGMS Grievance Reg No.: ACSZ1/P/2024/00010.
On 11.03.2024, I have received a reply from CSD Cell, Regional Office Ambattur that,
Sir,
With reference to the grievance number ACSZ1/P/2024/00442, it is informed that the compliant had already been escalated to the compliance section to depute the Enforcement Officer to verify the records, in order to verify the membership of Sh.Sudhakar. As per SOP the nudging of the establishment has started and issue of show cause notice is under process. In the meantime, establishment has sought time for providing the records. If the establishment has not cooperated the steps will be initiated as per SOP dated 31.07.2023.

On 25.03.2024, i was hold back till 5.45 pm for an enquiry in school premises in School Management Committee Room regarding provident fund complaint by the School management committee (SMC members).
A bouncer was called inside the school premises and he was made to check my shirt and pant pocket not to bring mobile phone inside the SMC room. I was video tapped throughout the enquiry which last till 5:45 p.m.
I was given three memos by Principal Mrs Jayanthi mam on the same day 25.03.2024.
Memo 1 - given wrong information to the EPF office as an ex-employee.
Memo 2 - you have committed a crime by forging data of all teachers email ids.
Memo 3 - criticized the co-ordinators and Principal during all the meetings.
Principal Mrs Jayanthi D, Mrs Ramya Senior Academic Coordinator, Office Staff Mrs Devi have filled a police complaint on 25.03.2024.
I was called for a police enquiry on 26.03.2024 and all these information were submitted by me in M3 POLICE STATION, PUZHAL, CHENNAI 600066. Till 11 pm the investigation happened. I have submitted a letter with an explanation for the 3 memos given by Principal to the M3 Police Inspector, Puzhal, Chennai but it was not considered at all.
I was mentally tortured and threatened by the POLICE INSPECTOR that sending the 124 teacher name list, mobile number, email id is a CRIME and I may be REMANDED and sent to JAIL for 10 years if he files an FIR COMPLAINT.
POLICE INSPECTOR told me to issue an apology letter to Principal Mrs Jayanthi D that I have committed a mistake and will not do it again and if the information of the teachers are shared to any other organization, legal action can be taken against me.
POLICE INSPECTOR warned me and told if any other complaint from any other staff from school is received in future, i will be REMANDED and sent to JAIL.
I have withdrawn the complaint given by me in AMBATTUR EPFO PROVIDENT FUND OFFICE and attached a copy of the withdrawal letter to school mail id as well. Proof attached.
Due to this I'll treatment and I don't have a safe and secured environment in school premises, and since threat from POLICE OFFICER i did not go to school from 26.03.2024.
Kindly take an appropriate action against SCHOOL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (SMC) to exert control, threaten and harm, inflict mental, and emotional distress on the teachers in school.
