First and foremost, let's get down to business. Channing Lossiah does deserve to be in jail. Let's get that out of the way but secondly, A.H wouldn't of had to go through any of that, if previous DV charges against him were taking seriously but Cherokee court system failed highly on that one. Had he been made an example of SOONER, it would of saved a couple ladies much pain. We're definitely not asking to free him. Just for justice to be served equally, rightfully and in the right time!

Think of all us who don't get passes. Your cousin, brother, uncle, sister, etc who have to sit there and do their time while Jail/Court Administration's family and friends walk freely.
