Here they were fined 300.00 each. . . So how many times will over worked horses left in the heat with no water to suffer and die until the local authorities do anything in Lancaster county? Call and ask to leave a message at the Mayors office expressing your feelings. . . .717-299-8000 Lets find a way to help stop this from happening again
