These proceedings shall be read in continuation of earlier proceedings of the Commission dated 22.03.2017 vide which a copy of the complaint was directed to be transmitted to the concerned authority for such action as deemed appropriate and to inform the complainant of the action taken in the matter. Now the complainant has again approached the Commission, vide his application dated 31.07.2017 mentioning non-action by the concerned authority. The Commission has perused and considered the application as well as the record of case. The Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana, is directed to submit his report in the matter within six weeks. Copies of the complaint and the present application be transmitted to him.
