Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

Many developments on SC rulings and creation of stress funds etc although with caveats have been noted by us..the wait looking at Jaypee, Amrapalli and others seems un ending.

Since our Honourable Supreme Court is bogged down it seems with other priorities and cheated home buyers lives(maybe 200 K families pan India) is last priority of Central Govt, it seems many people will be handed over possession(if at all) of flats(with several deviations and shortcomings) posthumously-like wise for refunds.

The Real Estate 'BIG CHEATING' story bares all for India. It is a shame on Govt really that corrupt Govt Officials/licensing authorities, ministers, bankers have colluded with cheat builders to rob honest tax payers and law abiding citizens inm the absence of a regulatory mechanism in the industry and even when introduced is a toothless act-we all know by now.

I do not wish to beg any more to top leaders in this country as it is of no use. SC already has clearly pointed out the nexus but seems crippled too in India.
