The Superfast Train 18 being launched this week is a great development for us but unfortunately NBCC has launched the reverse train 81 for more than decades harassed and tortured cheated Home BUyers by the Jaypee group.But as the old adage goes-'beggars cant be choosers' which is so apprporiate for home buyers cheated by a collaborative loot funnel between cheat builders, corrupt Govt licensing authorities/officials ,lack of regulatory mechanism, corrupt and greedy bankers and ofcourse indifferent political leaders and a delay malaise afflicting our judiciary.

We draw consolation that some movement is happening although the article clearly states that NBCC is unable to make any refunds-no new infusion of funds and only buyers balance payments and hive off promoters assets being only sources of in flows. Another 4 years till Jaypee wounds inflicted start to heal. Likewise we can expect the same for other defaulters. But one message is clear..if these 10 years+ has completely changed your life position and you want your money back with interest for all these years your money was parked and siphioned by cheats, it seems a tall order.

As a looted beggar,please accept whatever quality of apartment is handed over for possession after a decade and just thank Almighty God that you are not ruined.Justice and speedy action is for for vote banks or VIPs-not for educated honest people like we all.
