Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

First of all a big thanks and appreciation to Union Finance Minister and the Centre for finally unveling the economic package of INR 20 K Crores(3 Billion USD approximately) which will benefit over 350 K families stuck up with their major life time savings stuck up with notorious builders.

However, why is that 'last mile funding' is beyond purview of the big 3 and some more names where over 150 K families are stuck up and robbed-Unitech, Amrapalli, Jaypee, Ansal, 3C are some names mentioned in the clipping attached.

Sadly some 'political considerations' or 'populism for continued rule over country' seem to be the drivers. First, there is no regulatory mechanism put by Govt before opening up the markets, even one introduced is diluted to favour builders depending upon the whims of States Leadership/Executive, Govt corrupt officers/licensing authorities taking bribes to aid the loot, and ofcourse these big names protected by the Whos Who of Indian Judiciary and Top Ministers who have been fighting home buyers and have given ample time to get these cheats to launder the money and put a skeleton house to the world.

What is the crime committed by these 150 K families? That they got conned due all the reasons above and got associated with the real powerful who can cheat at will.

What happens to SC orders and directives? Does it mean that buyers will have to 100% finance their homes and wait for another decade -no buyer would have reservations in paying their dues but what about the big money siphoned off.Its like Govt wanted to support'flu cases' but 'well engineered cancer cases' to be granted euthenasia under the garb of Bankruptcy/NCLAT
