Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

After years of torture, numerous litigations(expensive for common man) and but obvious major cheating by the builder community and our Honourable Supreme's Court's intervention to save hundreds of thousands of home buyers(estimated 500 K families) , hopefully some positive movement is happening. Enclosed link on NCLAT ruling to save Home Buyers is an encouraging development. Hopefully it will pave the way for large corporates (Adani referred to for Jaypee robbery) to step in and resolve the huge pains, tortures for over a decade to Home Buyers trying desperately to save their life time savings. Obviously all this has happened due to a 'collaborative plunder' mechanism where greedy bureaucrats, ministers and banks/financial institutions have teamed up after kick backs from Builder Mafia. The real estate industry is in complete mess and needs to be revived. Govt has also proposed several changes in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code as per news paper today and we hope miseries of 500 K families come to an end and they get their dream homes.
