Dear Friends, valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated home Buyers,

This issue is now well highlighted by the media in India and even our Honourable Supreme Court's(SC) ire  has been published in leading newspapers.

But does the Govt Executive really mean business?This family staying very much in the country and 2 sons/Managing Directors serving in jail for almost past 2 years in no less a cheat/fraud comparable to the likes of Vijaya Mallya(Kingfisher) or Nirav Modi(PNB scam running into billions of USD) who have escaped the country smartly(really! or by shadow support of the Govt Executive). Can the concerned Jail Officials who have obviously taken bribes and under order from some quarters of the Govt Executive be sacked(not suspended) and an example set of governance in India? If Mallya or Nirav Modi would have been caught in the country would the same treatment be meted out for them?Is there a separate law for the rich and influential and us commoners? Seems so in this banana republic .
