Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Cheated Home Buyers who have been actively engaged over these past 2 years, While much information/updates have been shared over these past 2 years through this petition and change.org is doing its very best to highlight to all decision makers and the power of the internet takes the struggle to the world,one name which towers over all is Unitech. Really they have tormented tens of thousands of honest tax payers and diverted the money through extremely intelligent well planned moves obviously supported by the Govt Executive and the corrupt bureaucracy-war widows, senior decorated defence personnel, aged senior citizens, teachers, scientists, professionals all have been affected. This cheat is now turning a stress killer slowly as a recent passing away of Mr P D Singh of Antheas Floor suggests-the gentleman fought incessantly with Unitech and was always present in all hearings at court. Many of you might be aware that it is due to a criminal case filed by Antheas and proved in Court that 2 of the Unitech Managing Directors are settled in jail for over 8 months now and still trying all possible tactics to buy endless time. In the recent past also, another senior gentleman passed away from Vistas project under severe stress. It is also a bitter fact to note that our Honourable Chief Justice of India Mr Dipak Misra who has been waging a war on cheat builders to provide justice to cheated home buyers is being tried desperately by Congress and some other parties to be removed and impeached over trivial grounds obviously for their vested interests. Shame on our country where a small % pays taxes(this may be growing now) and it is this small percentage which is being targetted to be ruined. No where in the world can you see this. # Make in India# Cheat in India# should be the new slogans for 2019 elections we suppose. Pity indeed! A cheat and a mass killer is protected and given time!
