Dear Friends, Supporters and Fellow Cheated and Tormented Home Buyers, This almost 2 year old petition has provided lot of insights on happenings /cheatings in the real estate industry in India and captured severely anguished buyers feelings but it is very heartening to note that this extremely well networked and bully of a cheat builders assets have been identified for auctioning to pay off cheated and and life time savings stuck home buyers. So bold is this cheat co even after 2 of its promoters are in jail for months now that they have been fooling Supreme Court and blatantly lying about Om Shakti agencies in Chennai who is supposed to have bought their land parcels and was to pay certain fat amount to SC registry-the Om Shakti representative turned up empty handed and was seeking more time which has been sternly put off by Honourable Chief Justice of India. A case study for financial embezzlement ,cheating, lying and misleading all-summarises this big realty co.
