We all know well by now that this cheat king pin in realty markets engages India's most expensive and Influential lawyers . Current objective is to get their Managing Directors in jail for over 8 months out on bail and ofcourse buy endless time to settle things. So mean and dirty is this group that at the behest of its legal thinktank, Mr Ramesh Chandra(Chairman) has stopped attending office citing poor health so that bails can be processed for the cheat sons(Managing Directors Ajay/Sanjay Chandra) and then time will be on their side again. Bribing and manipulating is the Unitech way of life/business vision/enablers and they are dividing buyers using the same methods to get everyone to accept AIWI(as is where is) basis for flats hand over(bare shell flats. We are confident our Honourable Supreme Court understands the situation very well which is why their promoters are in jail. Todays hearing at Supreme Court against Unitech will show us road maps ahead. To all affected home buyers cheated by Unbitech or others, my fervent plea is to get united and approach the Apex Courts for justice-its your hard earned money which is at stake.
