Dear Supporters, Friends and Cheated Home buyers, The JLL report( clip attached) paints a real picture in India-thanks to sustained cheating of home buyers and all out efforts by cheat realty companies to siphon off the money-surprisingly some big names, listed companies and influential/bribe paying realty companies about whom much has been written already figure as the main reasons for this mess. RERA has been enacted but excepting 2 states, it has been severely eroded to help these cheat builders who are hands in glove with bureaucracy and the Govt . Only shows the extent to which this malaise has severely crippled the industry and affected home buyers. We have to wait and watch what our honourable Supreme Court tackles the situation. Pity indeed!
