This publicly traded and listed co at BSE (albeit with gross irregularities) and most influential of all(brazenly and daringly pay bribes and the political echelons and bureaucracy is in their pockets) has siphoned off 16000 home buyers money pan India. In courts they are represented by the who's who of legal fraternity in India citing all kinds of reasons and making false commitments and lies to buy time.Two promoters of this co(Chandra Brothers already in jail) and SC and Honourable Chief Justice of India has tightened the noose around them inspite of all their influence and connections and last hearing at SC they have promised to deposit Rs 400 Crores(65 Mio USD) at SC registry by Feb 2018 end to demonstrate their intent to pay back home buyers with compensation as decided by SC or complete projects and hand over apartments who can continue to wait for more time. Unbelievable how a prized very fast growing co in the realty industry in India who has delivered so many prestigious projects has been engineering a robbery so well silently. The Home Buyers are right in demanding e auction of all their land parcels in India besides all commercial properties including Signature Towers II which houses Google. These cheats construct commercial properties at break neck speed to earn huge rentals like the 9 year lease offered to park Google staff at Gurgaon at our lives costs. While SC and honourable CJI will surely take the best decision looking at so many buyers lifetime savings at stake, as a severely mauled Unitech Victim with so many tens of thousands others, I fold my hands and make a fervent appeal that all their assets be auctioned to pay back all cheated and tortured home buyers. Many of us are retired and do not have 10 years to wait further and let not our old age be ruined in penury. Surely this cannot be the vision of our Honourable Prime Minister for Sr Citizens/Glorified Defence Officers/Scientists/War Widows/tax compliant lives in India?
