Dear Friends and Supporters and cheated home Buyers, This attachment is really an eye opener for the courage of this gentleman from Gurgaon who fought single handedly a fraud builder from Mumbai Ekta World. Pl read carefully to understand. This very notorious and influential builder when confronted by a honest home buyer and the noise created for the inordinate delay in getting his flat having paid 95% money , got a 100 Crore(15 Mio USD) defamation case filed against him. When all other buyers did not get together, he went all out alone duly supported by a noted lady lawyer from Supreme Court with bare minimal expenses who wanted to get justice for the truth. Vineet went through a real trauma as a common man facing a defamation for this kind of money besides the risk of getting arrested. Finally after complete review by SC, there is a ray of hope as the case has been transferred to Gurgaon where this Mumbai based builder has not been able to invade with vicious strings. Hats off to this brave man Vineet from Gurgaon. Also, to all decision makers addressed in this petition, it is high time Honourable Prime Minister that you get personally involved in eliminating this cheating cancer spread by several cheat builders ruining 300 K families. We all have great respect for your steps and vision but a gift introduced by you RERA cant be just diluted by puppet Chief Ministers in your Govt. While the cheating certainly is more pronounced in Haryana/NCR, several other states are also affected making it an India issue. All the good work you do in building India's image to the world goes for a toss when people realise this kind of cheating and harassment can be there in India. Our reverred Supreme Court and the law is doing its best but time for the Country's CEO to accelerate steps and eliminate such cheating. If many builders have to wind up, so be it after auctioning off everything to pay back home buyers besides life time imprisonment. We look upto you Sir!
