No amount of pleading,begging or prostrating in front of our Honourable Prime Minister or several Union Ministers/Chief Ministers will yield any result-we have seen that or else an Act introduced by the Centre and our Honourable Prime Minsister to save citizens from Realty cheat Sharks would not have been severely watered down to save builders and their contribution to party funds for conducting politics in India. I quote our noted and most admired Journalist Ms Manisha Natarajan's tweet "With SC monitoring the process, Unitech too can't fool buyers any more. So flats/refunds will definitely come. But in Unitech's case it could longer than JP is my understanding. Thanks for following me :)" There are several other big cheats on the loose but all will be tamed soon.
