Dear Supporters,
The kingpin cheat of the real estate industry Unitech's all efforts to secure bail to mobilise funds were in vain as our Apex Court has clearly directed the promoters to deposit Rs 750 Crores(USD 120 Million) to facilitate tens of thousands of families trapped by this fraud and influential co. Several other cheats like BPTP, Ferrous and many other names look upto this cheat co to find ways to circumvent being caught.
Pl read the article attached which is reported after Supreme Court hearing today-the figures involved are staggering. It is now clear that honest home buyers/tax payers(decorated officers, teachers, NRI's, professionals/widows etc etc) more than 1 Billion USD is at stake in the stinking cheat real estate industry of India-siphoned off in myriad complex shell companies or laundered abroad or gambled and lost-easily this is the biggest scam in recent times after the famous Vijaya Mallya(Kingfisher) and Sahara episodes.
These cheats were nurtured and strengthened by earlier Govts and sadly even the current Govt turns a blind eye.
We all need to be most thankful and obliged to Honourable Chief Justice of India Mr Dipak Misra and his team of Judges which shows us some light after several miserable years.
It is indeed a shame that world's largest democracy scouting for big investments and economy acceleration does not have basics of business/laws in place.
Where is Sab Ka Saath Sab Ka Vikas(with all and inclusive development for all)-the Govt rhetoric gone?
What a pity and we all look upto Supreme Court and the Judiciary to get us justice and rid India of such a big scam and defame. World is watching!
