We are really fortunate to have an Independent and strong judiciary in democratic India. Pl find a clipping from todays Times of India(New Delhi edition) where our honourable Court has asked Supertech to either hand over flats or refund money back to distressed and harried home buyers for years. Just a couple of days back SC took on the powerful highly networked Unitech where 17 K families are trapped and refused to grant bail to the promoters(Chandras) in jail for months now although our former Law Minister Mr Salman Khurshid tried and pleaded hard for their release. Supreme Court has now started appointing Amicus Curie for different projects to give a finishing touch to severely distressed home buyers problems harassed for years with their life time savings at risk. We are most obliged Supreme Court and this brings back hopes in our lives that the powerful will completely decimate honest people and walk away as Govt Executive remains tongue tied and in several cases a Central Legislation brought about by the Centre is being diluted by State Govts and bureaucracy to minimise blood shed for these cheat builders. I am 100% sure all other cheats will slowly come to terms with the new reality in India and a new awakening amongst masses. Keep the support building and knock at the Judiciary to save your life time savings and eliminate stress which is a slow killer.
