Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated and Tortured Home Buyers, As highlighted strongly in my last update on Home Buyers fighting ADEL yesterday, our Honourable and Apex Supreme Court has stayed the Insolvency Proceedings of Jaypee Infratech supporting a petition of 32000 home buyers severely affected. A great stand and we all thank Supreme Court. The cheating and subsequent drama has reached a crescendo now and it is now clear that support from Govt/Bureaucracy hand in glove with cheat builders is there or else why would RERA be diluted to save builders. Recently SC has also ruled that land largesse at concessional rates would be out of ambit of ministers and bureaucrats as the deep rot and stink is apparent-earlier it continued for years on under Congress rule and in fact several of these mafia builders are nurtured by them and now our present Govt also turns a blind eye conveniently. Again I reiterate that stay united, fight with all your might at Courts/EOW etc etc and Judiciary cannot lets 200 K + families perish in India as world watches. Lets rubbish all claims by Govt of FDI attractiveness in India till organised loot and crime is abolished. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Supreme Court again!
