Dear Friends, By now we all know how the Govt finally diluted the RERA Act heavily to let cheat and influential builders get away without meeting the objectives of supporting home buyers conned and cheated for many many years. It is a pity really! Mr Khatter although a staunch RSS person with a clean image and personally hand picked by our Honourable PM is very weak against a completely corrupt Govt Officials and bureaucrats in Chandigarh/Gurgaon. This has been like this as reported by a post from the corrupt Hooda Govt earlier-a mere bunch of realty dealers working on commissions. It is a sad moment for all in India that a noble act brought in by our Honourable PM has to be implemented in such a manner. Where is anti corruption? What demonetisation are we referring to. Seems this Govt is a C grade version of the hugely corrupt Congress regime earlier. I also read a post by a friend in this petition that some dilutions were done in Maharashtra and buyers approached Govt and it was corrected. The advocate name is also mentioned. But is Haryana a Maharashtra. Gurugram(millineum city and new name of Gurgaon )is a real insult to Guru Dronacharya! Shame!
