Honourable Haryana CM, Honourable PM, Hon Minister for Housing and Urban Development and all fellow supporters and agonised home buyers cheated for years. As expected, the powerful cash rich and influential builder lobby has gone to HC against certain provisions of RERA implementation. Silly reason given is that when several projects were launched years back and inordinately delayed, there was no rule and so the rules of jungle and mafia applied. Flats yet to be handed over after 8 or 9 years +, while 95% payments pocketed and diverted and home buyers severely stressed is a way of life. Our Hon PM implemented this regulation to save hundreds of thousands home buyers, senior citizens, professors, retired Defence personnel and all the middle class educated tax compliant citizens and yet these greedy cheats want to escape from penalties and maybe simply delay and vanish with the money. I am sure hundreds of cheated and severely harassed home buyers will not take it lying low even though we may not have the money muscle of these builders. But we will fight till the end, highlight this mega scam all over the world and draws worlds attention to state of affairs in the realty sector.
