Many people continue to speed down broadhurst Lane and on our road we all have either domestic animals or small children, along with some elderly people. The houses are not far from the road where cars are speeding and yesterday 14/05/20 a car was doing 30mph in what should be a 5/10 mph speed limit max and sadly one of the animals from our street was killed, he was going so fast he couldn’t even react and break. As a street we are devastated and concerned for our wellbeing and the safety of our pets. This could have been a child. This has been going on for too long and the speed is so unnecessary. Please help with this petition to enforce a speed limit and speed bumps on our road to keep our little family’s safe. Thank you.
