Hi everyone, I want to share an important update.

The Department has now passed my case on to Minister Tony Burke for review under Public Interest. This is a significant step, less than 10% of cases reach this stage, and only a very small percentage are overturned, but public support can directly influence the Minister’s decision. I have been given 35 days to provide with additional evidence. 

This means the next 35 days are crucial.

Every signature, every comment, every share and every letter (or heartfelt handwritten note from a child) matters more right now than at any other time in this process.
