Bill S.40 vote is tomorrow!! SHOW YOUR SUPPORT NOW TO SAVE YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS OUR BEACHES

Our State Senate will vote on Bill S.40 tomorrow. This bill will permanently protect your right to access and use SC beaches. AND it will roll back many restrictive parking changes going back years.

Please email the SC Senate before tomorrow and let them know you support this bill and it should be passed into law. This is the final push in a years long war with elitist behavior that has no place in this state and is not representative of the values that have governed this state and the people in it for hundreds of years.

This is exactly what is meant by “Don’t Tread On Me.” These beach municipalities have done nothing but tread on your right to use and access public land while spending your tax dollars to improve “their” islands. It’s time we put and end to it.
