Doggie day care facilities need regulations that monitor how many animals they can have per employee, standards for intake towards screening dogs, mandatory supervision and regulations on how to separate the dogs based on ages, aggression, breed, size etc. mandated by the state or county.

There are too many dogs being severely hurt or killed at doggie daycare facilities. For instance there was a dog killed at a local facility in Buffalo, NY, due to negligence of all of the things I have listed above. The dog was left in a yard with too many dogs of all different sizes, ages and aggression and was mauled and bled to death while no one was present to watch these dogs and break up the situation. Had the dogs been supervised and separated this 5 month old puppy may have never lost his life. The dog was left to bleed out in the yard before anyone had ever came out to check on the dogs. 

We need to see these places mandated to do the right thing. The people that own these doggie daycares need to be educated on how to properly care for multiple dogs in a daycare setting and be held accountable when they are not doing so with taking away a license or being heavily fined or closed down for the actions being seen and reported.
