The Issue

We demand justice after Toyota GL06 EYD driver:

  1. Drove 20 METRES on PAVEMENT at speed
  2. Ignored sister’s pleas to slow down ("I told him—he said ‘Don’t worry’")
  3. Speeding-near mother/baby days earlier https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-f0kvS0fJAY

This was reckless endangerment (S.22 RTA 1988) – not an ‘accident’.

OUR DEMANDS – AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SIGN

1. TO METROPOLITAN POLICE (MetTraffic@met.police.uk)

"Charge this driver with reckless endangerment (Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 22) for driving 20m on pavements. His confession ('I was speeding') proves it was deliberate."

2. TO DVLA (medical@dvla.gov.uk)

"Revoke his licence immediately under Highway Code Rule 102. Someone this reckless shouldn’t be allowed behind the wheel."

3. TO RICHMOND COUNCIL (highways@richmond.gov.uk)

"Install speed cameras and bollards on Twining Ave by July 1st (Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 39). Two near-fatal crashes in 4 days is two too many."

4. TO ADMIRAL INSURANCE (complaints@admiral.com)

"Cancel his policy now. His admitted speeding breaches your terms (Clause 8.2) and endangers the public."

5. TO OUR MP MUNIRA WILSON (munira.wilson.mp@parliament.uk)

"Hold the police accountable. Their inaction violates our right to feel safe (Human Rights Act, Article 2)."

✊ WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

At 100 signatures:
1. We email ALL authorities above with our demands
2. Publish it in the Richmond & Twickenham Times
3. Demand a public response from Munira Wilson MP

Every signature turns up the heat to stop this driver before he kills someone.
