The way the UK is going, there won’t be a future for us. I am deeply concerned about the state of justice in our country, especially in relation to recent events that have personally impacted my view on the legal system. The case of Henry Nowak is one that resonates with many of us, as it represents a growing trend of unjust treatment by authorities—a trend that we must stop to ensure a fair and just society for all.

Henry Nowak's arrest is fraught with controversy and glaring inconsistencies. More than ever, the actions of the arresting officers need to be scrutinised to prevent misconduct within our law enforcement agencies. This is not just about one man; this is about safeguarding the principles of justice, accountability, and transparency that our legal system is supposed to uphold. It is about ensuring that the law is applied equally, regardless of who you are.

Within the body cam footage released it shows the arrest of Henry Nowak, where he told the officers “I can’t breath” and “I’ve been stabbed” despite this the officers continued.

Statistics show a troubling pattern in law enforcement throughout the UK, where allegations of misconduct are often swept under the rug without thorough investigation. We cannot allow this case to become another statistic. By calling for the officers involved to be charged, we are taking a stand for those wronged by similar actions and standing up for a future where everyone is treated fairly.
