On December 28th, 2018, Andrew Finch was murdered by Wichita Police Officer Justin Rapp. He was never charged for the murder of Andrew Finch even though he pulled the trigger. A hoax call was made, and the swat team showed up to the address given which was a family home of people who had nothing to do with this prank. Tyler Barris has been charged and will spend up to 20 years in prison. Although he made the call, he did not pull the trigger. All individuals who were a part of this terrible incident need to be charged for JUSTICE of Andrew Finch. His death has affected his entire family. His niece lived with the trauma of having to walk over his dying body that night and eventually committed suicide because of the PTSD. This spiraled and her boyfriend took his life too. JUSTIN RAPP MUST BE CHARGED AND NOT PROTECTED!!! HE PULLED THE TRIGGER on AN INNOCENT MAN!! WICHITA Police Department have protected this TERRIBLE POLICE OFFICER and he still has his job.
