Jane Flowers Paixao was arrested and imprisoned on a false stalking charge because Amber Nightingale provided false information to Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department Officers Michael Lyons and Dustin Ryan regarding Jane allegedly stalking Amber from April 1, 2017 to December 11, 2020.

Jane did not know Amber when she on April 1, 2017 reported to Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department that Jane was stalking her. Below here is Jane's Affidavit of Probable Cause for allegedly stalking Amber Nightingale.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jane was living in Florida before April 1, 2017 and up until December 11, 2020 when Jane was arrested for a false stalking charge for allegedly stalking Amber Nightingale. Jane would later be extradited to Pennsylvania for a false stalking charge and imprisonment. 

Amber made multiple false claims about Jane in Jane's Affidavit of Probable Cause for allegedly stalking her. 

Amber claimed in Jane's Affidavit of Probable Cause that she had never met Jane and she didn't know who she was. Jane met Amber May 23, 2017 when Amber accepted Jane's friend request and afterwards Amber spoke with Jane on Facebook messenger and sold Jane her book Brave Soul through a link Amber sent Jane to buy her book sold on Amazon.

Mind you Amber claimed to Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Officers Michael Lyons and Dustin Ryan she was in fear for her life because Jane was allegedly stalking her. Then why did Amber accept Jane's friend request when Amber had cops investigating Jane for stalking her? 

Amber set Jane up that is why. Amber was the one actually Stalking Jane for years before she had Jane arrested and imprisoned for a false stalking charge.

Amber would later over the course of three years cyberstalked Jane and put her through a smear campaign on Twitter while Jane was being investigated by Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Department for allegedly stalking Amber. 

Amber with her friends put Jane through a smear campaign while Amber and her friends cyberstalked Jane's Twitter accounts. They would make fake accounts that they used to report Jane's Twitter accounts and have them suspended. All this was going on while Amber had Cops investigating Jane for allegedly stalking Amber.

Her friends even went as far as to claim to people on Twitter Jane beat up the elderly.  Below here is the comment.

 

Jane has never beat up the elderly and she has never been convicted of beating up the elderly. Jane was targeted on social media for years with massive amounts of defamatory false claims made towards her with Amber Nightingale and her friends while Jane was investigated for Stalking Amber.

Amber's friend Eric Brice from York Pennsylvania helped Amber put Jane through the smear campaign for years. Below here is a comment Amber made about Jane on Twitter during a conversation Amber had with her friend Erice.

 

 

Amber claimed Jane was "Crazy Woman" and that she can't report Jane to the police for being a Cyberbully. When in acctuallity Amber had an open investigation with Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Officers investigating Jane for allegedly stalking Amber.

If Amber was concerned about Jane being a Cyberbully then she should have added that to the ongoing investigation she had with Elizabethtown Pennsylvania Police Officers, but Amber did not do that. Instead Amber and her friends cyberstalked Jane for years while they put her through a smear campaign.

Amber Nightingale is not above the law. She should be charged with providing false information to law enforcement. She is the stalker of Jane Flowers Paixao. Amber is the cyberstalker of Jane Flowers Paixao.
