For reasons unknown, it seems this stadium doesn’t quite favor Team India in crucial matches, be it knockout rounds or the group stage, irrespective of the opponent they face.

The statistics speak volumes. Historically, India has suffered significant defeats in this venue during pivotal moments. This trend poses a huge psychological burden not only on the players but also on millions of devoted fans anticipating victory.

Changing the venue to another stadium in India could potentially turn the tide in India’s favor. India boasts numerous world-class cricket stadiums with supportive atmospheres and favorable conditions for our team. Venues such as Eden Gardens in Kolkata, M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, or Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai are iconic and have been lucky for Team India in the past.

Switching the T20 World Cup Final to one of these venues could boost the morale of our players and invigorate millions of fans nationwide. It’s not just about winning a game; it's about preserving the spirit and pride of Indian cricket.

I urge the authorities, including the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), to consider this venue change. Let’s give Team India the best possible opportunity to succeed.
