Many parents and students in our community have expressed concerns about the current venue used for our school's events. The chosen location lacks adequate space, making it difficult for all attendees to enjoy the events comfortably. Moreover, the venue's limited accessibility features make it challenging for individuals with disabilities to participate fully, excluding many families from the joy of these occasions.

In our last event, over 100 people had to stand throughout the ceremony due to insufficient seating, leading to a decrease in overall satisfaction and participation. Moreover, parking facilities are inadequate, causing traffic congestion and frustration among attendees. With the school hosting several important events annually, it is imperative that we address these issues to foster a more inclusive and enjoyable environment for everyone.

We propose moving future school events to the community center, which offers spacious halls, ample parking, and necessary accessibility features. Not only would this accommodate larger audiences, but it would also enhance the overall experience, ensuring everyone can participate fully without any inconvenience.
