We propose a solution: giving players the ability to directly choose the skins they want to purchase, or implementing an alternative system designed by Riot that makes purchasing skins more convenient. This change would not only benefit players by providing a more satisfying shopping experience, but it could also increase sales, which would be beneficial for the game's developers.

We urge Riot Games to listen to our voices and take action to improve the VALORANT player experience. With a more open and flexible shop system, we could all enjoy the game we love in a way that truly reflects our tastes and preferences.
