Change Perryville, MO Ordinance 9.04.170-Fortunetellers

Tarot Reading has been a part of society since the 15th Century. Now is THE TIME FOR CHANGE! This ordinance affects anyone who believes/practices in tarot reading, mediumship.

If this ordinance does not get changed the practice of tarot reading/mediumship inside the city limits cannot happen. It is our freedom of religion/speech/expression that is at stake here. Citizens go to church/give money to their church. Why are others not allowed to give money to what they believe in or practice their beliefs without someone telling them they cannot. Tarot/mediumship does not put anyone in danger.

If we do not do what we can to change this ordinance it is going against our human rights. Change is in need as we have numerous people in our city that believe in tarot/mediumship, and they believe it helps them. Tarot reading/mediumship does not force anyone to believe, nor does it tell you that you must come to believe.
