New Zealand has had their flag for over 150 years now, but in my opinion its still lacking. Their are many key elements left of the flag (korus, ferns, kiwi, etc) and frankley what it does have could be associated with any country colonised by the Britishh in the southern hemisphere. For example, our neighbour to the north (Australia) has a flag practicly identical to New Zealand! The main argument towards these two flags is their history, in which I disagree (unless you think their history is being colonised by the british) these flags are not a good representation of what makes eaach country.
