Remaining questions linger about the Rule of Law situation in Greece. The European Parliament's recent report evaluates the overall state of Rule of Law within the European Union, placing Greece among the worst-performing countries.

In 2024, a cover-up theater of the Tempi crime is nearing its end by the President of the investigative committee, a member of the ruling Party of the Greek Parliament. Members of the European Parliament from this Party, also voted against the resolution.
Many different findings are expected from the investigative committee.
What remains?
The law of popular legislative initiative, with its ethical and political dimensions, lacks legal validity in our legal culture but holds another legitimizing basis at the European Union level.

Ένα θέατρο συγκάλυψης του εγκλήματος των Τεμπών οδεύει στο τέλος του, με πρωτοβουλία του Προέδρου της εξεταστικής επιτροπής που ανήκει κομματικά στην κυβερνώσα παράταξη, οι ευρωβουλευτές της οποίας καταψήφισαν και τη νέα Έκθεση του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου.
