This petition has the purpose of getting lockable electronics pouches across the United States of America to be used on a case-by-case basis in school education. The suggestions of this petition understand that each school is different and will be needing a different guide for its students and therefore are recommending as a basis to be used by schools a three-offense system. The first offense would be the phone sent to the designated area to be picked up by the student at the end of the day; the second offense is to have the phone sent to the designated area to be picked up by the parent/guardian of the student; and the third offense has the pouch sent to the designated area to be picked up by a parent/guardian and have a pouch plan made for the student. A few reasons for this as a suggestion to be done by schools is that the students who are the ones that the pouch was designed to cover the need of are able to slip through the use of them when a schools limited resources are being used on a thing affecting a number of students that tends to be so large that not everyone will be covered by this kind of supervision, There is also the cases of how the current pouches on the market are largely ineffective when they can just be opened by 2 pencils or a decently strong magnet as well there is cases of emergencies such as personal like a family member dying or school related in which most schools can't afford to buy a magnet for every class room so during things like lockdowns from school shootings there is no way to send messages to family members and other loved ones without risking the safety of everyone in the classrooms from having to pass a magnet around to other classrooms to unlock the electronic pouches.
