I recently bought a game called "Hell Let Loose" on PlayStation, thinking it'd be an exciting addition to my collection. However, after playing for just 20-30 minutes, I realized it wasn’t the game for me. When I attempted to refund it, I was shocked to discover that PlayStation's current refund policy doesn't allow for returns if the game has been downloaded or streamed, even if played under two hours.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and helpless, realizing that while other platforms like Steam have flexible refund policies allowing users to refund games they've played for less than two hours, PlayStation's policy remains rigid, disregarding customer satisfaction.

Steam's refund policy is straightforward and customer-friendly: it allows refunds of any game played for less than two hours within 14 days of purchase. This policy empowers consumers, ensuring fairness, and encouraging them to explore new titles without the looming fear of wasting money on a game they don't enjoy.

Unfortunately, PlayStation does not offer the same customer-friendly approach. Their policy is outdated and intensely restricts players from making informed purchases without audience today, encouraging gamers to try out new games without financial risks.

It's time to change this and modernize PlayStation’s refund policy! By adopting a policy similar to Steam's, PlayStation can greatly improve customer satisfaction and trust. Players should be allowed to change their minds after limited gameplay, rather than being locked into a purchase they regret.
