Almost there

There are 97 owned units in the building. So 50% of owners would be 48.5. We currently have 47 signatures (assuming all signatures are owners, but we can't be sure because not all have indicated their unit#). So 50% + 1 would be 50 votes. But regardless, it's quite obvious by the support that's been received to this point that the BBQ rule merits a discussion. Owners have a right to have a say in how our shared home is managed and regulated. Obviously a large enough contingent of owners are opposed to the rule. We'll see what happens.
